TowerJazz power platforms are designed for maximum flexibility, enabling customers to create cost-effective products at any desired level of integration and achieve first-pass success for fast time-to-market. The technologies cover 1.8V to 700V voltage range from low power to high power applications. The integration of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) and digital libraries provides significant differentiation and cost effectiveness for enhanced power management solutions.

BCD technology shared among our platforms and IP is easily transferable from platform to platform. In addition, user friendly design kits support scalable BSIM3, BSIM4 or PSP models, MM20 or HiSIMHV models with R3 drift resistance models, Gummel-Poon models, bias and temperature dependent models, mismatch and noise models.

TS18PM modular 1.8V to 80V technology provides capabilities for design and footprint optimized integrated solutions at any given breakdown voltage. TowerJazz’s 80V platform targets power management integrated circuit (PMIC) applications in the mobile space, wearables, notebooks and power management DC-DC in telecom and other consumer applications, as it offers high levels of functional integration, integrated memory and very efficient power stage. The technology is also suitable for DC-DC applications and ECUs (electronic control units) in automotive applications. TS18PM is available using the same PDK in two of its Fabs, located in Israel and in Japan.
TS18PM Platform Features:
TS18SOI is an industry leading Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process on SOI spanning 5V to 200V with dense embedded NVM targeting automotive, industrial and medical power management markets. Global multi-site production ensures flexible uninterrupted silicon product supply.
The SOI platform provides mixed-signal highly integrated, insulator isolated solutions for noise and temperature sensitive applications like ones common in automotive, medical and industrial environments. The customizable (5V to 200V) process enables design optimization and the lowest die size at any given breakdown voltage.
TS18SOI Platform Features:
This mature 6" 1μm power management technology provides devices that support high voltage range switching (450V, 700V, 900V) and low voltage (6.5V to 26V) to facilitate the integration required to drive greener AC to DC solutions and DC-AC solutions.
TS100PMLS is a low side platform with an integrated open drain to 900V NLDMOS device suitable for LED and primary side power supply driver applications.
A high side flavor of the technology, TS100PMHS, is used to drive external power devices for white goods and similar motor drive applications. It allows monolithic integration of 16 and 26V CMOS drivers with substrate to source voltages of up to 650V.

TowerJazz ultra-high voltage power management 0.18µm technology provides a solution that supports high voltage range switching (up to 700V) and low voltage CMOS (1.8V and 5V) to facilitate the integration required to drive and achieve high efficiency high voltage and power in power supply and lighting solutions.
The TS18UHV LS design package includes analog components (resistors, BJT, capacitor and Zener diode), LDMOS and JFET transistors as well as standard 1.8V and 5V CMOS.
A high side flavor of the technology, TS18UHV HS* is suitable for driving external power devices for motor drive, H-bridge and full-bridge applications.
